food you prepared for my party was a feast for the eyes as well
as for the taste-buds. I think that many of my guests remained
totally unaware that the food was vegan…they just thought
it delicious and perhaps a little out of the ordinary. Friends
who had been expecting vegan food to be served were surprised
at the variety of flavours, textures and taste sensations…I
think a vegan catering service is a very positive way of promoting
veganism as nobody who came to my party will ever ask the old
chestnut of a question again, ‘So…what do you eat?’
