Menus
Although we can cook pretty much whatever veggie food you’d like, we appreciate that a complete “blank canvas” can be rather daunting, so here are a few ideas:

Soups: (just a few of our favourites!) – roasted tomato & basil; courgette, lemon & dill; chilled watercress; sweet potato with fennel & garlic.

Starters: (also good as canapés or as part of a buffet) – marinated tofu & veg, kebabs with satay sauce; sweetcorn & red pepper fritters with sweet chilli sauce; assorted filo pastry tartlets; mini samosas; crostini with pesto & olives; mini tortilla wraps.

Main dishes: Roulades – asparagus & cream cheese; avocado, chilli & lime & numerous others; spinach & walnut lasagne; raised mushroom, walnut & cranberry pie; various quiches & vegan tarts – caramelised red onion (with or without goat’s cheese); broccoli & sweetcorn; Mediterranean vegetable.

Salads: spicy rice & cashew nut; fruity cous cous; pasta with pesto & roasted red peppers; broad bean & fennel; “kedgeree” with smoked tofu ……and many, many more!

Puddings: Lime & avocado “cheese”cake (vegan!); chocolate & apricot truffle tart; pecan pie; fresh fruit trifle; traditional fruit pies; home made ice creams and sorbets.

We also love to cook dishes from around the world, from ackee quiche to zabaglione, and VegOut celebration cakes can be made to your exact requirements for any occasion.
